We got hooked up with super cheap tickets thanks in part to my friend's sister in law. $40 dollars for each ticket where normally a regular ticket is about a hundred and you get to get into both parks on a regular day. For the Halloween Party you can only enter the main Disneyland park, which is perfectly fine by me. We got to go in 3 hours prior to the event. With those extra 3 hours we got to ride a couple rides and eat some delicious Disneyland food. I'm not just bragging but they have some good fried chicken that you can not go wrong getting:) accompanied with mashed potatoes and green beans.
What can be better then dressing up in a costume in the most awesomest park? Getting candy inside of course!
We only got in 6 lines and walked away with 4 bags (that they give you at entrance to use to trick or treat inside) completely full of good name brand candies and chocolates! Our bags were so heavy our arms were hurting from the weight by the end of the night.
We got to also see a special Halloween parade where all the characters were dressed in their Halloween costumes. We got to take pictures with them in different locations throughout the park.
The best part of the night, if everything else wasn't enough, were the fireworks. It was the best firework display that I have ever seen in all the years that I've been an annual pass holder. I won't ruin it for anyone who hasn't had the chance to experience this event, but here's a hint- if you love Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas you will be in awe:)
